The Zauberwald adventure playground is between Ernen and Ausserbinn, right in the Binntal Landscape Park in Upper Valais. Families with children aged 3 to 10 accompany the squirrel Brüna through more than 20 stations in the mysterious forest. Along the way, they meet all kinds of animals, roll pine cones along the cone track, fly through the air on the swing tree, test their courage in gorge paths, write a letter to Gogwärgji Schorsch or experience the forest up close on the barefoot trail. Following squirrel Brüna’s footsteps, children can let their imagination run free and enjoy lively hours of play in the fresh air. After or between exploration trips, barbecue areas with tables and benches invite you to linger. By the way, Brünas adventures are also available as a beautifully illustrated children’s book and can be bought at the local tourist offices.
