At the traditional alpine cheese market at Flumserberg, the alpine farms offer their cheese wheels for tasting and sale at lovingly decorated stalls. Visitors can experience the craft of cheesemaking at the traditional custom cheese dairy. A highlight is Switzerland’s unique cow race, where female jockeys compete for the crown of the Cow Grand Prix. For younger guests, there is a mini cow race on bouncy cows with small prizes.
