Dance bachata more softly, more confidently and with more presence. An afternoon for women who want to dance bachata in a softer, more natural and more expressive way. In this 3-hour workshop, we work on body awareness, posture, basic, body flow, arm movements and feminine details that you can use directly in social dance. The focus is not on a long routine, but on movement quality: dancing less stiffly, developing more flow, using your arms more beautifully and feeling more confident on the dance floor. All exercises are taught with a simple basic version and an upgrade version. This makes the workshop suitable for beginners as well as women with some dance experience. To finish, we connect the most important elements into a small, directly danceable Signature Combi. Afterwards, if you wish, you can round off the afternoon with dinner at Panorama Restaurant and time on the terrace with a view.
