Between containers, cardboard boxes and rotten waste, a colourful community of shaggy animals lives. Day after day, they lead a contented life to the same old rhythm – until an irresistible smell changes everything. Drawn almost like magic, they follow the scent trail, out of their territory and into the big city. But there, the feast they hoped for is nowhere to be found. Instead, they come across shady dealings and a deal that decides who is allowed to eat what — and what is not. It quickly becomes clear: this is about far more than food. It is about freedom. The 17-member circus team presents its piece in the blue circus tent.
