Ecumenical celebration for young children

Annual theme: ‘Experience our church year’ Ecumenical services for children up to about six years old and the adults accompanying them. Stories, prayers, songs, music and pictures are selected and prepared to suit the children’s age. After the services, there is a small snack and something to make. ‘Harvest Thanksgiving’ The church year has no months or seasons. Instead, it consists of recurring cycles of festivals and feast days. They describe the life and work of Christ, from his birth to his death, his resurrection and the outpouring of the Holy Spirit on his community. The celebrations also recall God’s works and people who were important to Jesus or followed his words. In four celebrations designed especially for young children, we have the opportunity to celebrate and experience different periods of a church year. You are warmly invited!
