How does a Graubünden wine with character and a clear origin come about? At the networking event «graubündenVIVA im Fokus», members and interested visitors gain exciting insights into the world of winemaking at Schifferli Winery. Together, participants visit the winery in Malans and get a behind-the-scenes look at Graubünden wine production. The focus is on origin, craftsmanship and the special features of winemaking in the Bündner Herrschaft. Astrid and Andrin Schifferli produce their wines with plenty of manual work and a close connection to nature. The steep vineyard slopes of the historic Completerhalde shape these characterful wines, as do the alpine climate and the region’s limestone-rich soils. Look forward to a guided tour of the wine cellar and discover winemaking up close. Afterwards, participants can enjoy a tasting of selected wines and a regional aperitif in a relaxed atmosphere. The event offers space for exchange, enjoyment and new contacts around Graubünden wine and regional cuisine.
