Relaxed bike ride with laid-back technical tips on the way. Afterwards, a social get-together over a tasty soup at Hotel Meldelina and a closing singing bowl session. Adriana and Annina are your bike guides that evening and show you the most beautiful trails suited to your level. On the way, we do a small technical workshop. Practical, informal and for anyone who wants to learn something. No dry theory, just tips you can put into practice straight away, all in a supportive, motivating women’s group. Meeting point: Hotel Medelina, Curaglia Time: 17:15 For all: E-bike or Bio Bike Level: beginners to advanced Participation in the bike tour and technical workshop is free. Tasty barley soup with home-made bread and a cold Graubünden platter will be charged on site at CHF 20 (excluding drinks). The number of participants is limited. Please register by Monday 17 August at the latest.
