The Mammut Flossrennen on the Sitter-Thur takes place traditionally on Mother’s Day. On the course of just over 12 kilometres from Degenau (between Wittenbach and Bischofszell) to the finish in Kradolf, the rafts compete in the race, originality and fun categories. Over hundreds of hours of work, incredible raft constructions and costumes are created. In fine weather, the mega event attracts between 20’000 and 30’000 spectators to the banks of the Sitter and Thur. Enjoy an unforgettable day on the banks of the Sitter and Thur.
