Traditional and innovative Glarus companies open their production and service sites exclusively to participants in «Industriespionage» and give you a deeper «behind-the-scenes» look. Café-Konditorei Müller Café-Konditorei Müller was founded in 1920. For over 100 years, the Müllers have celebrated the craft, which remains the foundation of the family business in Näfels. With careful handwork, the Müller confectioners create, alongside well-known Glarus specialities such as Glarner Pastete, patisserie, cakes and unique chocolate creations of first-class quality. An exclusive behind-the-scenes look lets you experience genuine craftsmanship on site. The programme includes making Glarner Pastetli («Beggeli») and chocolate specialities yourself. The number of visitors is limited. If there are too few registrations, the guided tour will be cancelled.
