«800 Blueme für euses Dorf» The idea is that in Itingen, 800 extra flowers bloom in the jubilee year. To this end, all households and the school will receive flower seeds, with a request to grow them. This way, everyone has the chance to help shape our village. To make this action have a lasting effect, courses / talks on the theme of a natural environment are also planned for the village community. «Nachhaltige Fotoausstellung» Using an outdoor exhibition, a few photos from past decades at various places in the village are meant to create an interesting «Geschichtsrundweg». This permanent exhibition wants to make the history and change of Itingen visible in images and words. A small working group is looking into this idea and is checking possible implementation. «Geburtstagsfest am Samstag, 19.09.2026» From 15:00, the anniversary celebration for the people of Itingen will take place in the old village centre of Itingen. It is planned to celebrate our village’s birthday with a «Lange Tafel», food stalls, other offers and an entertainment programme.
