With his crystal ball, he turns his gaze to the stars and into people’s hearts – and dares to do no less than predict their future. But his boundless ambitions throw everything off balance: acrobatic acts fail, artistic choreographies fall apart, and even the most astonishing magic tricks go wrong. Clumsy yet full of devotion, he gives the ensemble a chaotic magic all his own – and lands himself in even deeper trouble. In the end, all he can do is go back to win back the trust of those around him. That way, he can still succeed and captivate everyone. Monti’s new production, «Poussière d’étoiles», unfolds as a poetic journey between laughter, wonder and misunderstandings. In moments of true grace, you sense that it is precisely in failure that a special force lies: setbacks turn into pure circus poetry and bring something wonderful to life.
