The Grillplatz Säntiswäldli is located in Unterwasser, right at the start of Schwendistrasse opposite the Berg und Bett Säntis Lodge. The fire pit in the small open woodland has a rectangular grill that you can adjust in height, a supply of wood and seating on three wooden benches. Thanks to the newly built playground, children can enjoy themselves in the small rope garden or on the see-saw, while adults listen to the cheerful laughter or the Thur flowing by. There is also the "Mitfahrbänkli" right next door, where you can sit down and wait until the next passing car gives you a lift to the Schwendiseen.
