The future dialogue brings people together to discuss global and local challenges and develop concrete solutions together. At its heart is an appreciative attitude towards what already exists, combined with openness to what is new and genuine participation. Participation is understood as an ongoing process that needs regular meetings, spaces and supportive encouragement. Everyone is invited – especially to encourage exchange between long-time residents and newcomers, and between different views within the political spectrum.
