The Giessbachfälle at a glance The Giessbach rises in the high valleys of the Faulhorn area and falls around 400 metres over 14 stages. The Grandhotel Giessbach from the 19th century stands by the waterfall. You can reach it by Europe’s oldest tourist funicular. The waterfalls are accessible all year round, and the boats run from April to October.
