Theatre in the ‘urchig’ atmosphere of a farm – hof-theater.ch makes it possible. From spring to autumn, hof-theater.ch turns the stable, barn or hayloft into an atmospheric theatre space and offers its audience entertaining, moving, thought-provoking and always unforgettable theatre evenings. The farming families on site take on the role of hosts. With plenty of heart, they create a cosy atmosphere and treat guests to food and drink from their own production. About the play: nurse Simona and teacher Maximilian really only wanted one thing: to escape everyday life and explore Europe in a rented caravan. Unfortunately, without knowing it, they have booked the same caravan. Suddenly, two strangers are facing each other, both determined not to give up without a fight. So there is only one thing to do: pull together and set off together. What begins as an unwilling arrangement on four wheels turns into a chaotic road trip across Europe. From a botched stop at a motorway service area near Como to charming flirting practice in France, and then on to the caravan that almost went up in flames in Austria. But the further the journey takes them, the closer Simona and Maximilian become. What began as a stopgap solution takes an unexpected turn – and suddenly it becomes clear that the true destination of their journey cannot be found on any map.
