Breitenmoser Appenzeller Fleischspezialitäten AG is one of the leading meat refinement businesses, with specialist shops in Appenzell, Gais, Teufen and Rorschacherberg. The traditional butcher’s shop with its unique Appenzell specialities dates back to its founding year in 1896. Since May 2023, there has also been the varied world of experience ‘Breitenmoser Gustarium’, which offers interesting and entertaining things about meat and sausage. By prior arrangement, you can celebrate parties and hold seminars here. You can also visit the exhibition spontaneously and, in the light-filled butcher’s parlour «meet & (m)eat», enjoy a freshly sliced Appenzell platter with a drink. In the delicatessen shop, you can browse, get inspired by the recipe wall and take home Appenzell specialities and delicacies.
