You have a laptop and want to know how to use it properly? Writing letters and e-mails, creating a presentation or doing calculations with Excel. We explain these programmes from the basics. Step by step, you learn how to use a computer for everyday life and work. Content -Windows basics -Windows Explorer -Microsoft 365 -Using Word in everyday life -Using Excel in everyday life -PowerPoint (creating presentations) -Outlook (e-mails and appointments) -OneNote Prerequisite -German is your native language or you speak and understand German at B2 level. -You bring your own Windows laptop. -Basic user knowledge is expected. Learning objectives -Progress professionally and personally: for digital fitness in everyday office life -Supports efficient use of the huge variety of modern programmes and knowledge of the basics of digital tools -Highly practical: after this course, you will be confident using Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, Teams, OneNote, Outlook) Target group -You already use a laptop, smartphone or tablet and know simple functions. -You want to understand the applications and functions so that you can work independently. -You want to use the Microsoft Office programmes to manage your everyday administration, apply for jobs or need them for work or further education.
