This trail invites visitors to contemplate and reflect in an idyllic setting. In exceptional places such as La Berneuse, Mayen, the Suchet forest in Leysin or Lake Lioson near Les Mosses, at higher altitude, myths and legends come to life. The castle of Aigle, further down, is also worth a visit. Hikers and art lovers alike come across hidden corners and breathtaking landscapes such as the vineyards above Aigle. The artworks are installed there temporarily or permanently and give art and nature lovers the chance to admire their beauty in a natural setting. Visitors can expect faces integrated into rock walls, picture panels that reverse the seasons, or giants made of straw.
