More and more cultural workers are daring to go freelance and plan and fund their own projects. Calls for projects from funding bodies or festivals also encourage them to do so. Many do not know exactly what they are taking on or what lies ahead. Very practical questions about organisational structure, project planning and human resources are only touched on in training for cultural workers. KulturHub wants to help here. Since November 2019, the door has been open to anyone who has questions about their projects. Anyone with questions about project and budget, setting up an association, submission deadlines, writing concepts, co-producers can drop in. Anyone who wants to work as a production manager themselves can also drop by and get tips and tricks from a professional. The advice is free of charge and can be attended without prior registration. The consultations are carried out mainly by Kathrin Walde and Maxine Devaud.
