Every Sunday morning from 08.00 to 11.00 you can enjoy our authentic «Buurä Zmorgä» (farmer’s breakfast) in our restaurant at the Milchmanufaktur. The rustic «Buurä» buffet with oven-fresh, crispy bread, gipfeli, bürli, «Jeannettes Buuräzopf», Amselspitz jam, Swiss honey, Goldapfel chocolate spread, butter, Einsiedeln meat platters, boiled «Trachslauer Eier», Einsiedeln mountain milk yoghurt, Einsiedeln mountain milk, homemade birchermüesli, flakes and cornflakes, fruit smoothies, milkshakes, Einsiedeln whey, fresh apple juice from Lützelhof, mineral water and «Drei Herzen» coffee (1 hot drink included) is ready for you to enjoy. You’ll find the highlight of the «Buurä Zmorgä» at our unique cheese buffet, where you’ll receive expert advice.
