Visitors can experience the craft of cheesemaking at the traditional custom cheese dairy. A highlight is Switzerland’s unique cow race, where female jockeys compete for the crown of the Cow Grand Prix. For younger guests, there is a mini cow race on bouncy cows with small prizes.
