1-day herb walk with cooking a 4-course herb menu

Further training hours in phytotherapy (knowledge of medicinal plants). Recognised by EMR for therapists. Herb walk including cooking a 4-course herb menu together. Learn lots of interesting facts about the medicinal plants that grow in Sattel. Which can go in risotto or be used as a remedy? Which is simply there to be admired? The walk takes place in the morning. The 4-course lunch is cooked together with the plants gathered. After tidying up, books on medicinal plants are presented. Course location: outdoors, from midday in the Letzi Schornen course room. Walk: Sattel station - Morgartenhaus approx. 3 km, 50 metres of ascent. Bring: Znüni, good non-slip shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, note-taking materials, as there is only 1 course sheet. Allergies: please let us know of any food intolerances when you register. Event runs: in all weather except thunder and snow. By registering, you accept the general conditions: photos taken on the courses may be used for descriptions on the internet. Participants agree to this. If not, please let us know at the latest on the day of the course. Dogs: dogs are not permitted on any courses or walks. Cancellation by me: possible if there are too few participants, up to 3 days before the course starts. In case of snow, by email the evening before. Cancellation by participants: registrations are final. Cancellation is possible up to 2 weeks before the course. For later cancellations, a replacement may be sought; otherwise the course fee will be charged. Insurance: the course organiser is not liable for illness, accidents or damage to property occurring during the course. It is the responsibility of the course participants to arrange insurance (cancellation costs, illness, accident and public liability).
