If you love sledging, you must have done it once.

Super sled, light and agile, easy to steer. We had a lot of fun. The service was fast and very friendly. Tip top 👍🙏🏻
The staff on the mountain railways seemed unfriendly throughout. The toboggan run Eigerrun from the Eigergletscher to Kleine Scheidegg was hardly passable. Lots of walking and crossing the ski slopes. The price-performance ratio is absolutely not right.
SUPER FRIENDLY STAFF SUPER FAST SLEDS THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR THE KIND ADVICE ABOUT THE SLEDGING ROUTES.
Very helpful employee
Unfortunately, the initially suggested price of 6 CHF for a daily rental was incorrect. Furthermore, I did not receive the product I wanted. When ordering, I was always shown a picture of a sled with a fabric cover, which is exactly what I wanted. Instead, I received a Davos sled made entirely of wood. I rent a sled because I don't go sledding often and am not an expert. If I'm offered a Davos sled accompanied by a picture of a sled with a fabric cover, I naturally assume I will get what is shown. This is misleading advertising to me. I even wanted to have this confirmed by phone in advance, but couldn't find a phone number. So, you definitely need major improvements regarding your online presence.
