Wakeboarding and Wakesurfing

Find your wakeboarding or wakesurfing experience here under professional guidance. Wakeboarding is a water sport that uses a board. You are strapped to this board and pulled over the water by a motorboat. The name wakeboard comes from the keel wave of the boat (wake). It is used as a launch ramp when wakeboarding. In wakesurfing, the surfer rides the wave created by the boat. They let go of the rope once they have enough speed. Both sports, especially wakeboarding, are relatively quick to learn. It's also not exhausting.

Frequently asked questions

Wakeboarding and Wakesurfing · answered by the editorial team

How fast can you learn wakeboarding?

Wakeboarding is not strenuous and easier to learn than surfing. Nevertheless, you should have some patience and not expect to master everything after two hours. Here it is: practice practice, practice. And the nice thing about it is that this practice is also fun.

What do you need for wakeboarding?

You don't need much for wakeboarding:

  • wakeboard
  • wetsuit
  • life jacket

In case of organized wakeboarding you will get all this or you can rent it on site for a moderate rental fee
