5 stars An unforgettable and beautiful trip with fantastic distant views will always stay in our best memories. We made full use of the day pass: taking the train from Arth Goldau to Rigi Kulm – enjoying extensive panoramic views and hiking down to Rigi Staffel – train ride to Vitznau – relaxing by Lake Lucerne – train from Vitznau to Rigi Kaltbad – hiking along the cliff path to Rigi Klösterli – and the train back to Arth Goldau. The train journeys were perfectly organised – we always found a seat – very friendly and helpful staff. 5 stars

It was a fabulous day starting with a boat trip up the lake to Vitznau, then stepping onto the train up to Rigi Kaltbad. The mineral baths were totally relaxing, from the bubble pools to the stunning outdoor views, plus the herbal steam room, mineral pool tranquility and sauna. A truly sensational day.

Beautiful, I can only recommend it!!! Ticket booked online very quickly, no waiting at the counter, and used flawlessly all day on all train routes. Vitznau-Kaltbad, Scheidegg-Kräbel-Kaltbad-Vitznau. Very friendly and helpful staff, greatly appreciated when boarding and getting off with a stroller.

The trip was really great. Everything was easy to reach by public transport, and the view from the Rigi is stunning. We only had a little mishap on the way back since we took an earlier train down and ended up not arriving back at Vitznau, but on the other side in Arth Goldau instead.

Simply wonderful to admire the mountain scenery from the warm pool while it's snowing! Everything was great, especially that there are few people in the spa during the week, allowing for a peaceful experience. We'll definitely come back!

A wonderfully sunny day and relaxing hours at Rigi Kaltbad Wellness. It was worth being at the spa as early as 10:30 AM, since it got very crowded in the afternoon. We’ll gladly come back – of course by boat, train, and cable car.

We really enjoyed it. Unfortunately, when ordering tickets online, I didn’t notice (it’s at the very bottom of the mobile website after an ad) that children up to 16 years can travel for free when accompanied by an adult.

Unfortunately, the QR code on the e-ticket couldn’t be scanned on the Rigibahnen... Thanks to the straightforward attitude of the Rigibahnen staff, I was still able to travel on all trains and cable cars.

It was great, and the combo for this price was awesome 👍👍 However, nobody was able to scan the QR code, neither on the track nor in the pool. This should definitely be looked into. Cheers

Starting with a coffee schnapps on the hotel terrace, warmly welcomed at reception, very clean bathroom, lovely atmosphere, and finally, the most beautiful sunset on the Känzeli.
