Description
In 1970, an unexpected incident occurred at a transport wreck. Two Volvo lorries started to sway when a concrete mixer was started. As a result, both trucks tipped into the water and sank.
Today, you can explore the wrecks at two different depths. One is located at 98 meters, the other around 130 meters. The highlight of this diving trip is, however, the concrete mixer Rütenen.
Practical Information:
- The diving trips are conducted for 3-4 people per time slot.
- You travel by train to Stans station, then continue by postbus to Beckenried Post.
- At the valley station of the Beckenried-Klewenalp cable car, about 270 parking spaces are available, which require a fee and are open around the clock.
