Trampoline Hall Freiruum Zug

This indoor trampoline park offers many different trampolines and other jumping elements on an area of over 400 m2. These include single fields, jumpbag, freejump, diagonal, dunk zone, cageball, tubbling lane and even trapezes. Visitors can jump around freely while practicing their jumps on many different elements. Whether it's just for fun or for training, everyone will find the right trampoline in this park.

Special attention is paid to safety. Only one person is allowed on each jumping field at a time. It is also recommended to wear anti-slip socks on the trampoline. These can be purchased at the reception. Checkrooms including showers and lockers are also available on site for free use.

You can expect 90 minutes of fun in the trampoline and parkour park at Freiruum for 6 to 20 year olds:

Preparation: Find your way in

At least 10 minutes before your booked session you should arrive at the Freiruums counter and put on anti-slip socks if necessary

Activity: Trampoline and Parkour Park

The next 90 minutes are yours to do as you please in the park. Practice jumps, parkour figures or just jump over the trampoline world for fun.

Return: From Freiruum

After 90 minutes of jumping and fun you leave Freiruum. Since it is located in the middle of the city, the return trip is easy to plan.

Practical information:

• Minimum age: 6 years
• Do not carry sharp or pointed objects (belt buckles, keys, jewelry)
• Glasses recommended
• Eating and drinking are prohibited in the sports hall, use picnic area for this purpose
