Der Abstieg ins Urserntal führt durch das wilde Gotthardreusstal, grösstenteils auf dem alten Saumweg. In Hospental bezog Suworow im Hotel St. Gotthard (ehemals Ochsen) Quartier. Weiter geht es durch die Talebene bis nach Andermatt.
