Description
From the top station of the Brambrüesch cable car, head south to the biotope in the Riedboden area. You can get the reserved moor bag in Riedboden at the AIS Sportschule Brambrüesch.
A beautiful moor landscape awaits you here. A trail of wooden footbridges makes it easier for you to walk through the middle of the fen.
Experiments and games from the moor bag will help you and your family to better understand life in the moor.

Start: Brambrüesch mountain station.
You arrived with the cable cars at the mountain station Brambrüesch. Now you go to Riedboden to the AIS Sport School Brambrüesch and take the reserved moor bag. From here it is only a few steps to the moor course.
Preparation: Moor bag
The moor bag contains exciting games and experiments. It helps you and your family to explore the flora and fauna in and around the bog. In this way, you will learn why life in the bog is not easy. You experience the moor with all your senses. This explorer bag is ideal for families with children. You pay a deposit of 40 CHF for the bag, which you will get back at the end.
Activity: Hiking and learning.
You can walk at your own pace along the trail, which is equipped with wooden walkways, and enjoy the natural surroundings. Together with your family, you will conduct experiments that you will find in the bog bag.
In this way, you experience with all your senses what living in the bog means for the creatures. You understand the nature around the bog and experience its beauty.

At the end you return the moor bag to the AIS Sport School Brambrüesch and get the deposit back.

Swiss Activities Tip
After the excursion into the moor, a visit to the Bergbaiz Brambrüesch is a good idea. Here, typical Swiss and Grisons dishes are offered from exclusively fresh ingredients. For the small appetite there are bratwurst, Älplermagronen or a nice Plättli with Chur cheese, Grisons meat and ham. And by the way you will be spoiled here with a postcard panorama.
