Lenzburg
Lenzburg is a tranquil small town and is located in Aargau in the central Swiss Mittelland. The town has a charming medieval old town, which stretches in the shape of a horseshoe at the foot of a hill. Lenzburg is located in the castle region between the castles of Lenzburg, Hallwyl, Wildegg, Brunegg and Habsburg. A well-preserved Roman theater has been excavated in Lenzburg. It dates back to the 1st c. AD. Chr. and had more than 4000 seats. The museums in Lenzburg Castle and in the Alte Burghalde show exhibitions of national importance.
