Description
You plan the tour together with the pilot a few days before the scheduled hike and fly. During this, you also decide on the possible altitude gain and difficulty level of the ascent based on your fitness.
After climbing the mountain and reaching the launch site, you receive a briefing on the tandem flight, including the takeoff procedure, flight, and landing. Once airborne, you’ll float up to 1000 m above Klosters and gently glide down. You can relax and enjoy the flight or share any special wishes with the pilot.
Set aside about half a day for this experience in total.
In winter, this tour is also available as a snowshoe hike or ski tour followed by a flight.
Practical information:
- With the Davos Klosters guest card, you get discounts on single rides on the mountain railways.
- For the flight: wear comfortable outdoor clothes (long pants, windproof jacket), bring sunglasses, and sturdy shoes.
- Good, stable hiking or winter boots are important for the hike. A specific packing list will be provided for the planned tour.
