Practical information:
- There is an SBB train station right next to the ship's dock in Rorschach.
- The MS Rhynegg is not barrier-free. The main deck is only reached via a two-step staircase. In addition, there is no wheelchair-accessible toilet.

The free imperial city until the beginning of the 19th century is characterized by a city fortification from the 12th/13th century.
