Description
The hike starts at 7:20 am at the post bus stop "Cumün" in Sta. Maria. There you will meet your hiking guide. Afterwards you can already start.
Together you will hike up to the Alp Prasüra. You will be surrounded by a great alpine panorama. The pure hiking time is about 2.5 hours.
At the top of the alp you will learn about the craft of alpine cheese production and enjoy an alpine meal. In the afternoon you hike back down to the valley, where the hike ends at about 16:25.

- In case the tour cannot be done, you will be contacted the night before at 17:00
Swiss Activities Tip
If you stay longer in the beautiful Val Müstair, then you should not miss the hike to the Lai da Rims. It is worth getting up as early as possible to admire the lake in the first morning light. The whole ascent takes about 1.5 hours.
