Description
The host welcomes you at 19:00 at his home in a small apartment in Peseux. Together with his wife he will serve you Peruvian dishes. The menu consists of three courses. Red wine, beer and coffee will be served. The evening ends at 22:00

Swiss Activities Tip
Peseux is located only 3 km from Neuchâtel at 543 m above sea level on a terrain terrace. The southern slope of this terrace is located about 120 m above Lake Neuchâtel, so you can overlook it wonderfully. In the background the alpine panorama gives a wonderful backdrop.

First course (Coast, Chiclayo): CEVICHE Ceviche is a national dish of Peru (voted best dish in the world in 2014): Cold dish of raw fish marinated with lime, herbs and chili and served with onions.
Main Course (Lima): LOMO SALTADO Shredded beef stir-fried with onions, peppers and tomatoes and served with rice and chips.
Dessert: Muffin, ice cream or something else....
Host
Your hosts are Anne (Swiss) and Yonatan (Peruvian). The young family loves to cook and to entertain guests.
