Ticket REPTILES EXPO in Quartino near Locarno

REPTILES EXPO will take place at the Indoor Garden MiniGolf in Quartino. Here, more than 250 reptiles from all over the world are presented in an area of 1500 m². These include snakes and lizards, turtles and tarantulas.

The animals come from different regions of the world and represent the diversity of species worldwide. As a visitor, you have the opportunity to get up close to the animals and learn more about their way of life, their behavior and their needs.

The goal of the exhibition is for young and old to get to know these fearsome animals better and to have an unforgettable experience. The exhibition is also suitable for school classes. In the exhibition great importance is attached to the fact that the animals are kept and presented in a manner appropriate to their species. You will also learn how you yourself can contribute to the protection of the reptiles.

• Photography and filming are allowed (do not knock on the windows)
• Guided tours are not offered

Quartino is located northeast of Lake Maggiore and is part of the municipality of Gambarogno. From here you have the possibility to reach the Magadino plain at the lake in a 30-minute walk. The Bolle of Magadino is a marshy nature reserve and breeding place for many bird species.
