About this place

North-east above Teufen, a distinctive castle hill, steeply dropping on all sides, with slight remains of the walls of a tower and the enclosing wall. Seat of the Freiherren v. Teufen, documented in 1285. Destroyed in 1334. (Source: Burgenverein.ch)
