A food event as part of the Baselbieter Genusswoche - www.baselbieter-genusswoche.ch A gastronomic one-off in the region – BEEF ROYAL. Thinly sliced, juicy beef cooked in delicious herb butter. And the best part: you decide the desired level of doneness yourself by moving the pieces of meat above the fondue rechaud flame in the herb butter. It comes with seasonal mushrooms from the forest and side dishes from regional production. Whether in good weather on the sun terrace or in the cosy chalet, enjoy the creative BEEF ROYAL menu in the authentic, family-friendly oasis right by Pratteln station.
