About this bathing spot
Here you’ll find the Frauenbad Stadthausquai in Zurich on the Limmat. This traditional badi was built in 1887 and lies right in the city centre. During the day, the facility is reserved for women. In the evening, the Barfussbar also opens to men. In summer, there is music and cultural events, plus foot reflexology massage, Thai massage and summer yoga on Monday and Wednesday. From 18:00, quiet hours apply. Getting there by public transport from Bürkliplatz or Helmhaus is easy. The badi is open daily from May to September, and on warmer evenings it stays open later, depending on the weather.
