From Dust to Dawn – the long road back Written off by doctors because of an illness, Anne-Chantal Daum fought her way to the top of the jam-making world and became a successful entrepreneur. In 2010, her life changed from one day to the next. A virus had irreversibly destroyed her balance organ, and from then on constant rotational vertigo and nausea were her companions. What began as an unusual therapy soon developed into a successful business model: Anne-Chantal Daum founded her own company and today creates jams and preserves at world-class level.
