About this place

The neo-Gothic town hall was built between 1898 and 1900 on the site where the convent building of the noble women’s chapter of St Felix and Regula, the «Fraumünster», once stood. In the Stadthaus galleries, you can see documentary exhibitions on socio-political topics of general interest, preferably with a link to Zurich and the region. Alongside historical aspects, the focus is also placed particularly on current affairs.
