At the ski nursery camp, children aged 3 and over get to know snow sports in a playful way on flat ground. Childcare for beginners has no age limit. At the ski school, the practice area is set up in line with Swiss Snowsports guidelines, with learning aids such as colourful figures, carpets and a wave dip. The Snowly mascot is part of this infrastructure. Every week, there is a children’s ski race with timing and an official prize-giving. Every Friday, the snow sports school also runs a children’s competition, whose special attraction is the snow bungy (Gummiseil spicken) uphill, which makes the children cheer. Throughout the winter season, Mürren Tourismus and the Mürren-Lauterbrunnen hotelier association offer a children’s paradise with supervision, where children of all ages are looked after every day for several hours with play and fun. In peak season, a weekly children’s disco with face painting etc. takes place at Hotel Eiger on a private initiative and is supported by the ski school.
