Open running meet-up - LC Uster

About this place

At the LCU running meet-up, after a joint warm-up, you run in groups of different ability levels over distances of 8 to approx. 12 km. The routes vary depending on the season. Throughout the year, special training sessions take place on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of the month, for example in the form of running drills, interval runs or other types. (Details see under Links.) Non-club members may also join free of charge, and no registration is needed. The meeting point can be found under "Venue". Just come along and run with us!
