Oberhaushof Exhibition

The Oberhaushof exhibition brings together objects and stories from ten generations of the Bühler family, who lived and worked on this farm. On a guided walk through the historic Oberhaus, you immerse yourself in the varied past of life on the shores of Lake Zurich in the different rooms and get to know women and men who shaped the fate of the farm and the family. You meet, for example, the builder of the Oberhaus or the well-travelled aunt who traded in shares. You see how the house’s residents lived, what they worked on and what they did in their free time. You do not just look at the exhibits from afar behind glass; you move through the historic rooms among the antique furniture and can also pick up individual objects and look at them closely.
