About this place

For all parents of teenagers, puberty is a time of change, full of friction, self-discovery and growing autonomy. The relationship changes, and parents face the challenge of giving support without controlling and maintaining closeness without losing themselves. The SESK course helps parents stay present, clear and loving, even in turbulent phases. Instead of power, it focuses on relationship; instead of punishment, on language; instead of pressure, on presence. At the centre are self-reflection, feelings and needs — your own and those of the young people. Parents receive ideas on how to stay connected, set boundaries mindfully and shape their attitude consciously. How do you lead without a power struggle? Parents deepen their ability to agree rules together and resolve conflicts without violence. They learn to recognise and avoid psychological boundary violations and build trust in their teenagers’ self-efficacy. Duration: 4 course evenings of 2.5 h
