For the fourth time, the erMarina boat in Ermatingen harbour turns into a maritime Metzgete venue. Under the guidance of the boat's head chef, hearty specialities around the Säuli à discrétion are served: black pudding and liver sausage, bratwurst, boiled meat, rippli, liver, breaded cutlet, plus delicious side dishes such as sauerkraut, rösti, boiled potatoes and apple sauce. Two venues offer their own atmosphere: the rustic SeeChalet or the elegant Salon Achtern. Additional dishes such as leaf salad or plum compote round off the offer.
