Weinbau & Mosterei Hablützel
About this place
Back then, Oswald and Alfred Hablützel created a second mainstay alongside the agriculture that was customary at the time by buying a Rauschenbach Packpresse (GF) for producing fruit and grape juice. To remain viable as a small business, they have always needed to adapt, but this basic structure has largely been retained thanks to complementary peak workloads. They currently cultivate around two hectares of vines, with some direct marketing of their produce. If the Klettgau is best known for its wine-growing area, that also means that apples here ripen beyond the average and are processed into apple juice, which is available for most of the year. We also press and pasteurise juices from your own fruit or grapes in the usual containers (Baginbox, glass bottles). Model railway visit Apéro: by arrangement
