About this place

There is a direct link between five typical baby sounds and the five basic biological needs: hunger, being tired, having a tummy ache, needing to burp, feeling uncomfortable. These so-called Dunstan sounds (named after their discoverer) are based on innate bodily reflexes and are therefore a universal language for all newborns (up to around the fourth to sixth month) – regardless of mother tongue, nationality or cultural background. For parents and carers - ideal in the last third of pregnancy or in the first weeks of the baby's life. Participants: minimum 3, maximum 10
