About this route
Von Innerrhoder Hauptort Appenzell steigt der Weg auf die Alp Wasserschaffen. Auf dem Kronberg-Grat – parallel zum Alpstein und mit entsprechend fantastischer Aussicht – wird der Gipfel erreicht. Anschliessend geht es durch die urchige Alplandschaft hinunter auf die Schwägalp, Talstation der Säntis-Luftseilbahn.
