At the valley station of the Seebodenalp cable car, a packed backpack is waiting for you and your companion. Once you reach the top, you can set off using the included overview map and hike while letting your hunger grow, or simply enjoy the beautiful mountain atmosphere during your chocolate fondue.

Please return the backpack with cutlery and dishes at the cable car station downstairs.

At Seebodenalp, you have the chance to learn more about the Ice Age and its impact on this area. The "Glacier Trail" hiking path takes you past key sites and offers additional information. Here at Seebodenalp, you can see the distinctive lateral moraine of the Reuss Glacier, and the so-called Albert Heim Stone is also an important witness from that time. The circular route following the Ice Age begins at this boulder.
