Description
This canyoning tour takes you through the lower, open section of the Nala near Osogna. The gorge is sunny, short, and varied. You can look forward to optional jumps, natural slides, and stretches with white gneiss.
You can gradually work your way up to the jumps and slides. Some spots can be bypassed or skipped, making the tour flexible and perfect for a relaxed introduction to canyoning.
The tour is designed as an entry point into the outdoor sport of canyoning. It combines water, rock, and movement into a compact canyon experience.

What you should bring
- Swimwear (swim trunks, swimsuit, bikini)
- Towel
- For the ascent and cooler temperatures or if you tend to feel cold, you can wear snug functional underwear, ski base layers, or similar, which you can also wear under the wetsuit. IMPORTANT: It should be made of synthetic fibres or merino wool (not cotton, as cotton tends to cool rather than warm).
- Change of clothes for after the tour
- Any necessary medication for you (asthma spray, allergy meds, etc.)
- Food/drinks for before and after
- Sunscreen (waterproof)
Practical Information
- Required: basic swimming skills, good overall health, and surefootedness
- No special fitness level needed
- No abseiling experience necessary
- Bring: food and drinks for before or after, as well as waterproof sunscreen
- In cold weather, wearing close-fitting functional or merino underwear under the wetsuit is recommended
- Glasses or contact lenses are possible; using a glasses strap and waterproof case is recommended
- Remove jewelry and piercings before the tour
